In order to provide graduates and employers with safer, more convenient and efficient two-way choice opportunities, the online job fair of the university was successfully held on March 17th. The university launched “cloud-based recruitment”service to help graduates find jobs and provides convenience for employers to select the appropriate candidates via video interview online. In this way, applicants can stay at home, send the resume, conduct online interview and sign employment contract online.
244 employing units participated in this online job fair, which provides about 13503 positions. According to statistics, more than 13600 resumes have been submitted by graduates, among which 1003 of the GDMU graduates have participated in the job fair online, 3223 resumes have been submitted in total, of which 453 are intended to be employed by employers, and 9 are confirmed to be employed on the spot.
Tang Xiangjuan, the Director of the Student Affairs Office, said that the job fair online will be held continually, and all schools are encouraged to hold special recruitment fair to help graduates find their jobs smoothly.
