On September 15th, Intramural Experts Argumentation Meeting about High-level University Construction Plan was held. The University leaders,experts,directors or deans of relevant departments and schools attended the meeting.

Vice President Kuang Weihong presided over the meeting and introduced GDMU High-level University Construction Plan (2021-2025) from the aspects of foundation, goals, content, service for social and economic development, and organizational guarantees etc. Deans of the four Key Construction Disciplines,namely clinical medicine, basic medical sciences, pharmacy, public health and preventive medicine，gave an account of their construction schemes successively. Afterwards, pertinent and constructive suggestions were put forward.

Lu Jinghui, President of the University, put forward five requirements in the concluding speech, which include formulating a high quality construction plan by rumination and improving continuously, targeting at the actual situation and development strategy of the University in order to achieve substantive development, improving the quality of talent training by adhering to the task of fostering virtue through education, thenecessity ofdoing the solid work, being responsible and building confidence, providing substantial financial support for the construction.

At last, vice president Kuang Weihong made a series of specific arrangements to keep on improving the High-level University Construction Plan.
