On September 15th,Professor Fan Daiming, the academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, foreign member of American National Academy of Medicine and foreign member of the French Academy of Medicine was invited to give an excellent report entitled Thoughts on the Development of Medicine after the Epidemicin the lecture hall of the libraryon Dongguan Campus. Experts，researchers and graduate students from relevant schools attended the academic report.
Liu Xinguang, vice president of the University presided over the academic report.
Professor Fan’s report centers on the theme of the integrated medicine. He interprets the harmonious symbiosis between medicine and life, human beings and nature from the micro and macro perspectives by his rich clinical medical experience and profound philosophical thinking. He believes that we should consider the future development path of holistic medicine, the unity of nature and man, and the integration of medical science from an overall perspective. This academic feast ends with the successful interaction between the participants and Professor Fan and this is really a great chance for the faculty and students to learn from this distinguished and honored scholar.
