The team of Professor John P. A. Ioannidis from Stanford University in the United States recently released the 2021 World's Top 2% Scientists，chosen from nearly 7 million scientists. The list is divided into two parts，namely Lifetime Scientific Influence Ranking (1960~2020) and 2020 Annual Scientific Influence Ranking. Professor Liu Jianqiang from the School of Pharmacy was selected to be the "Lifetime Scientific Influence Ranking" and "2020 Global Top 2% Scientists Influence Ranking" at the same time.

Liu Jianqiang, Ph.D., as well as a professor. He has been engaged in the research of anti-tumor biological nano-carrier preparations, especially the application of tumor nano-drugs and their diagnosis and treatment equipment. He has presided over more than 10 national, provincial and municipal projects. In the past five years, as the first/corresponding author,he has published more than 30 high-level papers (5 with IF>10), of which 6 are highly cited and 2 are hot articles. In addition, his 3 patents were granted.
